As such, ClipboardMD serves as a liaison between you and your healthcare provider and is committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you use our ClipboardMD Service. The ClipboardMD Service securely transmits your information to those Healthcare Providers who have previously entered into an agreement to utilize the ClipboardMD Service.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information collected through the Service to provide the ClipboardMD Service and as described in this Privacy Policy. In support of these uses, ClipboardMD may use personal information:

To attempt to authenticate the information you have entered.
To provide you with important notifications such as an appointment reminder.
